Entrepreneurs increasingly launch new products and services into the market with the goal of permanently satisfying the consumer, and in consequence, their commercial objectives. Behind each product or service there is an important investment made by the entrepreneur in terms of economic resources, technology resources and human capital. However, the market is invaded with unethical traders that acting in bad faith, seek to utilize the external reputation of other third parties.
